CA. Naresh Kumar Bansal is the Managing Partner of the firm and a fellow member of ICAI. He has over 42 years of experience in taxes, valuation, corporate financing and handling corporate affairs. He has an extensive experience in tax management services for corporates entities, non corporate entities, HNI's and NRI's including representation before the tax authorities and handling search cases. He has assisted various clients in setting up their business. He has extensive experience spanning across sectors including Industrial, Consumer Goods including FMCG, Automotive, Textile, Banking and Educational. He is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and formerly held position as Internal Auditor at Mercury Travels India Limited, New Delhi and as Marketing Finance Control Officer at Sylvania Laxman Limited, New Delhi.  He also holds honorary position as a governing body member of education institute.
