He has assisted various clients in setting up their business. He has extensive experience spanning across sectors including Industrial, Consumer Goods including FMCG, Automotive, Textile, Banking and Educational. He is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and formerly held position as Internal Auditor at Mercury Travels India Limited, New Delhi and as Marketing Finance Control Officer at Sylvania Laxman Limited, New Delhi. He also holds honorary position as a governing body member of education institute.

CA. Ankur Bansal is a partner with the firm and an associate member of ICAI. He has over 12 year of experience in auditing profession with big auditing firms including 10 years with one of the big four auditing firms. His specialization includes assurance and risk advisory, due diligence, process mapping including SOP preparation, implementation and testing of internal financial controls and financial process outsourcing. He has also acting as a virtual CFO for the start ups. His experience is across various sectors including power, consumer market, construction, industrial markets, textile, banking and educational and also across various reporting framework including Indian GAAP, IFRS and IND AS. He has also been involved on consultancy in respect of filing prospectus with SEBI for IPO. He acquired a Certificate on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection and Not for Profit Organisation from ICAI. He is also a member of the study group formed by ICAI for formulation of Background material for implementing of accrual accounting system for Local Bodies in India and has also delivered e-lecture for students of ICAI, on behalf of Board of Studies ICAI.
